Women Run the ROC
A women’s only 5K Run/Walk thru the City of Rochester. The course, starts and ends at the Genesee Valley Park. One lucky guy will get to run with the ladies! In exchange for a small donation to the YMCA of Greater Rochester, guys can enter a drawing to be the ONLY guy in the race (receive one entry for each $10 donation). Entries for One Lucky Guy can be made here. The One Lucky Guy will be chosen at the #All4Run event at Cobbs Hill Park on August 8th, entries close at noon on August 8. The Kids Run Wild races will all be co-ed.

- Chip timing.
- Live results posted online as they come in.
- Live text and email results as your finish (sign up for results notifications to track a runner here)
- Finish line video integrated into the results in the following week
