Join us for the Winter Extravaganza

 Winter Warrior Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon & Four-Person Relay!

Join us for the winter adventure and get that coveted Winter Warrior Hat! A race that each year has a story to tell and many accolades for athletes that conquer this winter event.  The event is hosted at Monroe Community College starting by the gymnasium area.  The Half is a 4 loop course with a common start finish.  The quarter is 2 loops.  "Weather" it's 50 plus degrees, 20 degrees or sub zero, snowing sideways, rain or gorgeous sunshine you become a Winter Warrior when you are done!  Sense of humor required!

Spectators can see you at every loop!

Choose from a variety of distances:

• Half Marathon (In Person or Virtual) - 13.1 Miles
• Quarter Marathon (In Person or Virtual) - 6.55ish Miles
• 4 Person Half Marathon Team (Each team member runs one loop (3.1ish miles)

Packet Pickup Special - we got 150 Special Edition Pink Hats (see Below) - the first 150 individuals to packet pickup who want them get to choose this over the Black One.  You can indeed still choose the Black One.  Note: this is for that individual only, so if you are picking up for more than 1 person, you only get 1 Pink Hat.

NEW UPDATE as of Dec 23rd!!  Registration is coming in great, but we only have 810 TOTAL hats.  So in order to allow more people to register, for the 811th person and beyond to register you will get this awesome ceramic camp mug.  NOW.... If you qualified for the hat and don't want a hat, you are welcome to the mug instead during packet pickup.  This is applicable to in person registrations only.

The Virtual Participants have January 6th at 7AM to January 14th at 11:59PM to complete and submit your results.  You will receive an email the week before the event on how to submit results.

It will look a little different than before but will still include:

• Four Additional Medals on top of the finisher medal you already receive upon race completion (pic below)

• That incredible feeling that you committed yourself to a year long seasonal fitness journey

• Winter Warrior Half Marathon on Saturday, January 6th
• Flower City Challenge Half Marathon on Sunday, April 28th
• Shoreline Half Marathon on Saturday, July 20th
• Rochester Half Marathon on Sunday, September 15th
• Ideally all races should be In Person, but if you need to do Virtual that is fine. I mean is Winter Warrior in Florida fair? :)

• Winter Warrior Quarter Marathon on Saturday, January 6th - this is where the (5Kish) comes in
• Flower City Challenge 5K on Sunday, April 28th
• Shoreline 5K on Saturday, July 20th
• Rochester 5K on Sunday, September 15th
• Ideally all races should be In Person, but if you need to do Virtual that is fine. I mean is Winter Warrior in Florida fair? :)

By registering for this event you are acknowledging that the date, time, location, and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or canceled at any time as deemed necessary by the Race Directors due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event that any of these scenarios happens or any other, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals allowed unless otherwise stated.
