Enjoy a beachside Half Marathon and 5K on Saturday, July 19th at one of New York's Best State Parks! The Half Marathon is a flat course along the countryside of Hamlin, starting inside the park and finishing along the beach. The 5K is equally as flat and has great views of Lake Ontario via the lakeside path.
Please Note:
- There is a 3.5 hour cutoff for the Half Marathon. All participants must be done by 10:30AM.
- Virtual participants will have from 7am, July 19th, 2025 through 11:59pm, July 27th, 2025 to submit their results.
- There is no day-of registration. Please plan accordingly.
In-Person Participants will receive:
• Finisher Medal
• Technical Tank Top - gender-specific sizing - shirt guaranteed if registered by June 19th, after while supplies last (Note: Color Subject to change based on availability)
• Race Bib
• Printable Finisher Certificate

By registering for this event you are acknowledging that the date, time, location, and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or canceled at any time as deemed necessary by the Race Directors due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event that any of these scenarios happens or any other, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals allowed unless otherwise stated
All entries are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-deferrable, with no exceptions. Note: In Person Race Insurance is available for purchase during the registration process.

- Rochester Half Marathon on Sunday, September 21st
- Ideally all races should be In Person, but if you need to do Virtual that is fine. I mean is Winter Warrior in Florida fair? :)
The 2025 5K(ish) Version will include (and mark your calendar for these dates and all races are in Rochester region)
- Winter Warrior Quarter Marathon on Saturday, January 4th - this is where the (5Kish) comes in (Note: those in the Winter Warrior relay are not eligible)
- Flower City Challenge 5K on Sunday, April 28th
- Shoreline 5K on Saturday, July 20th
- Rochester 5K on Sunday, September 21st
- Ideally all races should be In Person, but if you need to do Virtual that is fine. I mean is Winter Warrior in Florida fair? :)

Race Morning: 6:15AM - 6:55AM towards the entrance of the parking lot 5 at the "point" of the grass island area.
Awards
Half Marathon Awards (In Person)
- Cash Prizes to Top 3 Male/Female - 1st = $200, 2nd = $100, 3rd = $50.
- Top 3 in 5 year age groups. (19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over)
All Cash Award winners Must Fill out the provided 1099 Form in order to receive the cash prize in the form of a check mailed to the address on the 1099 Form. There will be a deadline for each race as to when the form must be returned in order to receive the cash prize.
5K Awards (in Person)
- Top Male & Female
- Top 3 in 5 year age groups. (19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over)
There will not be an awards ceremony per se due to the differing times of people finishing between races BUT there will be a walk up table to get your award as follows:
Please note: Awards ARE NOT MAILED.
5K Awards: We will start handing out awards at the awards table starting at 7:50AM. Then an updaterd list will be printed at 8:20AM. You can walk up at your leisure to get your award.
Half Awards: We will start handing out awards at the awards table starting at 9AM. You can walk up at your leisure to get your award. Subsequent lists will then be printed at 9:30AM, 10AM and 10:15AM as finishers roll in. So for example if you finish between 9 and 9:25am your award won't be ready until the after 9:30AM timeframe.

7:00am - 13.1 Mile Start
7:15am - 5K Start

Course/Maps
Half Marathon: a wonderful countryside flat course that finishes along the beach path along Lake Ontario. Once you exit the park onto Moscow, you will do two loops of the Moscow/Redmond/Jacobs/Priem loop, then you will enter back into the park.
Please note that there is a 3.5 hour cutoff for the Half Marathon. All participants must be done by 10:30AM.
5K Course: this is all within the park, a flat course that finishes along the beach path along Lake Ontario
