Pumpkins in the Park 5K is going VIRTUAL and we're adding a Kids 1 mile run!
The Kids 1 mile run is limited to kids 12 and younger.

This is YOUR race! Choose your favorite route and run/walk it on your time! Or you can choose to join us on RaceJoy and run the actual Pumpkins in the Park course at Cobbs Hill Park!
Submit your results any time between 8am, October 28 - 9pm, November 4.

The 5K is Capped at 250 participants

If you are Going to Use RaceJoy
By using RaceJoy to map out the course, you will be provided with a map of the exact course with mile markers, verbal queues, and virtual cheers! Runners will be required to download the RaceJoy app on a mobile device prior to running. Once downloaded you will need to search for the race. You will be able to see where you are on the course at all times. Once you complete the race, RaceJoy will automatically submit your time to RunSignUp. Another bonus to using RaceJoy is that your friends and family will also be able to download the app to view your progress and give you virtual shoutouts! Course/Maps

This is YOUR race! Choose your favorite route and run/walk it on your time! Or you can choose to join us on RaceJoy and run the actual Pumpkins in the Park course at Cobbs Hill Park if in Rochester, NY or the course at Delaware Park if in Buffalo, NY!

(Rochester Map) The course has inclines with buth beautiful cityscape scenic overlook and ends on a nice long downhill onto the grass finish line. The course meanders around the Cobbs Hill neighborhood, up the Reservoir, then back down towards Monroe Ave and Culver Rd. There will be one water stop on course. The start is on Norris Drive outside Riley Lodge. The finish is on the grass next to the softball fields along Culver Rd. The exact same finish will be used for the kids races.

(Buffalo Map)  This course is approxiamtely a loop and 3/4 through Delaware Park.  It's predominantly flat and very few vehicles.
