A Family-Friendly Halloween-Themed Event
Get those costumes ready!!! Pumpkins in the Park 5K is back and we're adding a Kids 1/2 mile run! Both events are available as in person or virtual option.
The Kids 1/2 mile run is limited to kids 4-12.

Submit your results any time between 8am, October 28 - 9pm, November 4.

*Kids 1/2 mile registrants will receive a finisher medal as well, but it will be different than the one above.
The virtual bib - this will be downloadable as we get closer to the virtual race period.

- Fri, October 29th from 10am-7pm at Fleet Feet @ The Armory: 155 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14620. Others can get your packet for you.
- Race Day, Sat, October 30th beginning at 8am to 9:15am at Cobbs Hil Park (under white tent in field). It is NOT ADVISED to wait until race day to get your packet.
Virtual participants are more than welcome to come to packet pickup so their have their gear before their race day. We will mail virtual bags the week of November 1st

Awards
There will not be an awards ceremony. But we will mail award certificates to winners the week following the race.
5K Awards:
- Top Male/Female
- To 3 Male/Female in 10 Year Age Groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & Up
There are no awards for the Kids Race, but they do get a medal.
Race Day Schedule
8:00am TO 9:15AM - Packet Pickup IS OPEN
9:00am - 5K Race Starts
10:00am - 1/2 Mile Kids Race Start
Course/Maps
(Map) The course has hills, but ends on a nice downhill onto the grass finish line. The course meanders around the Cobbs Hill neighborhood, up the Reservoir, then back down towards Monroe Ave and Culver Rd. There will be one water stop on course. The start is on Norris Drive outside Riley Lodge. The finish is on the grass next to the softball fields along Culver Rd. The exact same finish will be used for the kids races.
Kids Course Description
The kids race will be on the grass by the softball fields and will be a single 1/2 mile loop done once.
Directions/Parking
From east or west - Take 490 to Culver Rd. Exit. Head South on Culver Rd. Turn left onto Norris Dr. Riley Lodge is on the left, next to Riley Lake.
There is limited parking available at Riley Lodge. there is plenty of parking in the Cobbs Hill area, including Norris Dr, the Tennis Courts Lot as well as street parking in the adjoining neighborhoods depending on what time you arrive. Norris Dr. will be closing at 8:15am for course set up.
Parking is available in the Armory lot BUT it is limited and parking is only allowed in the back of the lot!
