Q: I can’t make it to packet pickup, can my husband/wife/mother/father/child/friend/etc. pick it up for me?
A: As long as you are not competing in a Duathlon or Triathlon (or any other USAT sanctioned event), YES!  Please make sure that your family/friend knows which location you chose for packet pickup (if there was an option) and that they know you are picking it up for them

Q: I can’t make it to packet pickup and don’t have anyone that can pick up for me, can’t I pick up my things on race morning?
A: Yes, any unclaimed packets will be packed up and brought to the race site for pick up race morning.  Race day registration/packet pickup times and locations are listed on each event page individually. 

Q: Can I pay for my entry fees with a credit card at packet pickup?
A: There are a few select races where we are able to accept credit cards for registration at packet pickup.  However, please be prepared to write a check (made out to YellowJacket Racing) or have cash on hand at packet pickup, just in case! 

Q: What is this on the back of my bib?  Is that my timing chip?
A: Yes, that is your timing chip!  Please don’t remove it or bend it in any way.  Also, please be sure to wear your bib on the front of your body on race day where it is clearly visible.  Don’t forget your bib on race day!  No bib no chip, no chip no time! And sometimes there is a service fee for losing your bib. 

Q: When can I pick up my bib and shirt for a race that I registered for?
A: With a few exceptions, most YellowJacket Racing events have packet pickup available for the 1-2 days prior to the event.  Please see the specific event website for detailed information on when and where you can pick up your packet.
