The Kids 1/2 mile run is limited to kids 5-12 years of age
In-Person Entry Includes:
- Long sleeve cotton t-shirt with 5K entry - Must register by Oct 10th to guarantee a shirt. (Additional fee with Kids 1/2 Mile Race)
- Custom Pumpkins in the Park Bib Number
- RFID timing w/ live online results and text/email notification of your results (must opt in to receive)

- Fun, scenic USATF Certified 5k course through the Cobbs Hill Neighborhood and the best view of downtown

Submit your results any time between 9am, October 29 - 9pm, November 4.
By registering for this event you are acknowledging that the date, time, location, and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or canceled at any time as deemed necessary by the Race Directors due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event that any of these scenarios happens or any other scenario, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals allowed unless otherwise stated.

PACKET PICKUP INFO
- Friday, October 28th from 10am-6pm at Fleet Feet @ The Armory: 155 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14620.
- Race Day - Saturday, October 29th from 8am - 8:55AM at Cobbs Hill Park (UNDER THE WHITE TENT).
It is NOT ADVISED to wait until race day to get your packet. Others can pick up your packet for you.
Virtual Participants will have their items mailed the week after Oct 31th, however are welcome to come to packet pickup so they have their items for their race day.

5K Awards:
- Top Male/Female
- To 3 Male/Female in 10 Year Age Groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & Up
There are no awards for the Kids Race, but they do get a medal.
10:15am - Awards Ceremony at Tent
Award certificates not picked up at the awards ceremony are avialable for pick-up at Fleet Feet @ the Armory through November 6th.

Course/Maps

The start is on Norris Drive outside Riley Lodge. The course meanders around the Cobbs Hill neighborhood, up the Reservoir, then back down towards Monroe Ave and Culver Rd. The course has hills, but ends on a nice downhill onto the grass finish line. The finish is on the grass next to the softball fields along Culver Rd.
Kids Course Description
The kids race will be on the grass by the softball fields and will be a single 1/2 mile loop done once. The kids races will use the same finish as the 5K. We ask that parents DO NOT run with their children as the course is not big enough to accomodate children and parents/guardians. Our priority is the safety of the children and their ability to have a non obstructed or congested course. Parents/Gaurdians may run in the middle of the course but can not run on the course.
Directions/Parking
From east or west - Take 490 to Culver Rd. Exit. Head South on Culver Rd. Turn left onto Norris Dr. Riley Lodge is on the left, next to Riley Lake.
There is limited parking available at Riley Lodge, but plenty of parking in the Cobbs Hill area, including Norris Dr, the Tennis Courts Lot as well as street parking in the adjoining neighborhoods depending on what time you arrive. Norris Dr. will be closing at 8:15am for course set up.
Parking is available in the Armory lot BUT it is limited and parking is only allowed in the back of the lot!
