Virtual Rochester River Challenge Duathlon & Triathlon
The Rochester River Challenge VIRTUAL Duathlon & Triathlon allows you to compete in your favorite multisport activities while remaining socially distant! This is YOUR race! Choose your favorite route/locations, complete your activity, and submit your results! You can even do each leg on separate days if that is easier for your schedule.
A portion of proceeds will be donated to Genesee Waterways Center, as well as 100% of additional donations.
Capped at 100 registrants!

Duathlon - 5k run, 20 mile bike, 5k run
Triathlon (swim) – 880 yards in a pool or ½ mile in open water, 20 mile bike, 5k run
Triathlon (paddle) – 5k run, 20 mile bike, 5k paddle
