PARKING UPDATE:
Parking will be available in areas 4 and 5 until 7:30am when the roads will be closing! At 7:30am, all parking will be diverted to area 1. There will be NO parking permitted in area 2 or 3!

For the Double/Tri/Du/Half all those registered by July 1st will receive tech shirts. Cotton shirts will be given out for the next 200 combined registrants. The first 200 registered in the 5K will receive cotton shirts.
Finisher Medals for Half Marathon

Course/Maps

Runners will run facing traffic at all times while outside of the park
Water stops will be every 2 miles with water and Fluid electrolyte drink
1 gel station will be on course at 8 miles
Last 3 miles will bring you back into the park for a finish along the scenic Lake Ontario waterfront

This is a flat and fast course which travels through Hamlin Beach State Park on beach paths and roads.
It is not on the sand.

Kids Run Wild Course Description

The Kids Run Wild races will be on the grass next to the finish line and will be 1/4 mile loop.
