When picking up your packet, a tyvek bracelet will be put on your wrist. This bracelet must be worn through race day. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Packet Pick-Up will be held at Fleet Feet @ The Armory (155 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14620) on Saturday, May 25th from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Boat/Paddleboard Drop-Off

You have the option to drop your boat/Paddleboard off the night before (Saturday, May 25th) between 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm to Genesee Waterways Center. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you consider this option. Race morning is always very chaotic at boat drop off and doing it the night before will alleviate unneeded stress race morning. There will be overnight security so your boat will be safe. When dropping off your boat, drive into the main entrance to Genesee Waterways Center (149 Elmwood Avenue) and continue straight back to the circle and there will be volunteers there to assist you. If you choose this option, you must go to Packet Pick-Up FIRST to get your packet before dropping off your boat. You need to have your boat # label to affix to your boat before dropping it off.

If you decide to drop your boat/paddleboard off on race morning, you have to do it by 7:00 am sharp. At that time, only your boat can be dropped off (no other items). Have a sense of urgency during this process. Quickly drop your boat off, and you will then have to immediately move your car and park at the U of R lot. Once you park at the U of R lot, you can then bring your bike and belongings to transition. All boats must be dropped off by 7:00 am. The entrance to GWC CLOSES to vehicles at 7:00 am, and there will be no exceptions.
