Calling all Middle or High School Runners!

We understand that these times are tough and you lost your track season. Here's a way to get some of those events back, connect with your teammates virtually, and compete!

One-time entry fee gets you entry to the entire season as well as a $10 Fleet Feet voucher to Fleet Feet Rochester or Buffalo once we open again.

Please note: this is meant for solo competition as we want to make sure we abide by the Run Solo | Stay Well mantra


Season Schedule:

* Result submissions begin at 8:00 am every Friday and end at 8:00 pm the following Tuesday.

** Leaderboard will be updated every Thursday

Week 1, May 8th - May 12th
Week 2, May 15th - May 19th
Week 3, May 22nd - May 26th
Week 4, May 29th - June 2nd
Week 5, June 5th - June 9th


 There will be the following events every week:
100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500/1600m, 3000/3200m

You can run as many of them as you'd like, but you need to register for which ones you plan on doing.

Record your time with a GPS tracker or have a family member time you with a stopwatch. Submit your results HERE and then check the leaderboard at the end of the week!

Times do not need to be run on a track, any surface will do as long as the distance is accurate.
