12 and 8 Mile: Awarded to Top Male and Female plus first in 10 year age groups: 19 under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 Up All 12 Mile participants must start their third lap by 10 AM. Participants in the 4 Mile distance may elect to change to the 8 Mile distance by running a second lap.
Participants in the 8 Mile distance may elect to drop to the 4 Mile distance by heading to the Finish Area after 1 lap.
All changes MUST be communicated to the race timer at the finish line.
There are no distance changes allowed in the 12 Mile race.
